In-stream arrays on Rock Creek (WA) at rkm 14 at the confluence of Rock and Squaw Creeks. Antennas B1 and B2 are in one array in Rock Creek about 30m upstream of the confluence. Antennas B3 and B4 are in Squaw creek about 15m upstream of the confluence. Antennas B5 and B6 are located in Rock Creek about 20m downstream of the confluence.

2012 1/1/2012 12:00 AM 1/1/2013 12:00 AM High water event disconnected or destroyed all but two antennas on March 30. The remaining two antennas were buried in 12 inches of substrate. On April 4, two more antennas were reconnected. Site was shut down and electronics removed due to no flow and extreme heat from July 5 until October 30.
2011 1/1/2011 12:00 AM 1/1/2012 12:00 AM MUX was down from 1/10/11 at about 14:40 to 1/25/11 at 12:00. Antennas 5 and 6 had been disconnected by flooding on 1/10/11 and were reconnected on 2/3/11 at 16:00. Site down from April 25 - May 26. Site down from June 2 - July 7. Site taken offline from July 28 - October 27 due to no flow.
2010 1/1/2010 12:00 AM 1/1/2011 12:00 AM Activities at the RCS site were suspended on July 26 due to low or no flow during the summer months. The site was reactivated on Sept. 20. The site was offline between Nov. 15-17 due to a power failure.
2009 11/13/2009 11:15 AM 1/1/2010 12:00 AM First year of operation.

RCS was down from 12/27/21 at about 1800 to 12/30 at about 1400 due to snow on the solar panels.

11/16/2020 2:56:53 PM General Started monitoring at RCS for the season on 6 Nov 2020 at around 1300 hrs.
7/5/2020 11:51:02 AM General Antenna 1 at RCS lost power at about 0400 on 1 June 2020 due to tree falling and separating the cable at the splice to the AK Connector. RCS was deactivated for the summer on 2 July 2020 due to intermittent flow. Ian
5/22/2020 3:06:55 PM General No data from 4/3/2020 at 1903hrs to 4/25/2020 at 1200hrs. Not sure why. From 4/25/2020 to 5/22/2020 data is potentially halftime coverage due to malfunctioning switcher. Site visits have been infrequent due to COVID19 restrictions. Switcher was replaced on 5/22/2020. Ian
1/29/2020 1:18:58 PM General RCS has been offline for much of Dec 2019 and through Jan 14, 2020. Solar and battery issues have largely been to blame.
12/3/2019 1:15:45 PM General RCS transceiver has experienced difficulties with power and lithium battery since start on 11/4. No data. Has been reset and tuned. New start data for fall 2019 is 12/2/2019 at around 13:00. Ian
11/5/2019 8:34:44 AM General RCS began operations for the season on 30 October 2019 at 13:00. Antennas 5 and 6 were not connected and operating until 4 November 2019 once some cable maintenance had been done.

4/1/2016 2:35:05 PM General RCS has been experiencing very high noise for the past week. Prior there had been periods of noise but this entire week was high. Will try to get there and check the site next week. Ian
