    RCS was offline from 15 Nov 2010 at 20:30 to 17 November 2010 at 13:34.
    Cow got into the solar array and pulled a wire.

    RCS was reactivated on 20 September 2010 at 13:20hrs.  Site had been
    offline for summer as there is no flow at the site through the dry months.

    On 26 July 2010 at 10:41, the RCS site was deactivated for the remainder
    of the summer.  Rock Creek has gone dry at the site and we removed the
    electronics to protect them from the extreme heat.  We will reactivate the
    site in the fall prior to reconnected flow.

    On 12 January 2010, antenna 6 was replaced.  It had been losing amperage
    since December 23 due to a leak.  The site was down from 0800 to 1130.
