    The RCS site was reactivated on 10/23/2013.

    On 26 June 2013 the RCS site was shut down for the summer. Flow has become
    disconnected in the creek. The site will be restarted in the fall.

    On, 22 January 2013, Antenna 1 at RCS was re-established.  It had been out
    of operation since flooding last spring.
