    Ian sends the following:
    
    From about 11/9/2011 to 1/5/2012, antenna 2 at RCS went to 0 amperage, 
    sporadically at first, then altogether.  The antenna was replaced on 
    1/5/2012.

    RCS was taken offline for the remainder of summer on 28 July 2011 at
    09:59.  Surface flow in Rock Creek had ceased and the electronics were
    removed to protect them from heat exposure until fall.

    RCS began monitoring again on 10/27/2011 at 11:00.  Had been offline
    during the summer period of no flow.

    RCS was down from 2 June 2011 at 09:19 to 7 July 2011 at 11:20 due to
    power issues.

    RCS was offline from 25 April 2011 at 11:14 to 26 May 2011 at 13:50 due to
    intermittent power problems.

    The RCS MUX was down from 1/10/11 at about 14:40 to 1/25/11 at 12:00.

    Antennas 5 and 6 had been disconnected by flooding on 1/10/11 and were
    reconnected on 2/3/11 at 16:00.
