The Columbia Basin PIT Tag Information System 2018 annual report to Bonneville Power Administration has been published.

Instream PIT Tag Detection System Steering Subcommittee

The PTSC and PTAGIS are actively working on the formation of an Instream PIT Tag Detection System (IPTDS) subcommittee to provide technical guidance related to instream and other small scale interrogation sites.

We are investigating a reported issue with connecting the Biomark HPR plus PIT tag reader to P4 on computers running the Windows 10 operating system.

New Advanced Reporting Tutorial Video Published

The new tutorial video shows how to find upstream traveling fish that were detected at a specific interrogation site and then dropped back and were detected at an interrogation site downstream.

PTSC Approves Addition of Cowichan River PIT Tag Data

The PIT Tag Steering Committee (PTSC) conducted a conference call on February 13, 2019, to discuss a request from Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) to store PIT tag data from the Vancouver Island area in PTAGIS.
