The site consists of a single 60 ft. wide floating barge with twelve 7.5 ft. vertical fins. Each pair of fins act as a single antenna. The purpose for operating this site is to improve detections of outmigrating juvenile salmonids. The site is expected to operate year-round with exceptions to high-flow periods or heavy ice build up where damage to antennas may not be avoidable.
