This site monitors the temporary outlet for the new juvenile fish passage facility (Helix). The site consists of one 7' loop antenna which is mounted on the end of the 7' pipe entering the river at the tailrace of the dam. The temporary outlet pipe will be replaced with a permanent outlet route which is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
