The Box Canyon site consists of two, 30' flat plate antennas located near the confluence of Little Kachess Lake. The antennas are run with IS1001 ACNs that are synchronized. The antennas were constructed using 3" HDPE pipe and the IS1001s are secured inside Pelican cases located above the high water mark. The site is powered using a thermoelectric generator and propane tank. Currently, the site begins collecting data late spring and continues running until late fall/early winter.
