The Columbia Basin PIT Tag Information System (PTAGIS) is the centralized database for fish marked with passive integrated transponder (PIT) tags in the Columbia River Basin. Along with storing PIT tag data collected in the region since 1987, PTAGIS also provies software and hardware to researchers using PIT tag data to study or manage fishery resources.
