Profiles |

It is recommended that a Profile be set up to tailor P5 to the specific needs of the project. A Profile must be used if peripheral devices, such as PIT tag readers or balances, are used to collect data directly into the tagging session.

Specify profile name, duplicate record handling, auto accept mode,tag mask validation, reject record confirmation, Genetic ID/Scale ID increment settings, and whether to prompt to edit the Repeating Value when a session is opened. |

Specify default values and session properties to use when a new session is created with this profile. |

If any Session-level Project Defined Fields are defined in this installation of P5, they will be shown here and you can set the default values that will automatically be entered into any new data collection session that uses this Profile. |
