Import Delimited Files |

This screen is used specify import parameters for delimited files. After completing the Destination, Parse Options and Column Mapping sections, click the Continue button to preview the data and finalize the import process.
Profile |
|
Optionally select a profile to apply the Default Property Values for New Sessions to the session that will be created from the imported delimited file. |
Repeating Value |
|
Optionally select a set of Repeating Values to apply to the records as they are created from the imported data. Values in the selected Repeating Value will only be entered if the source file contains no values for that field. |
Apply Tag Actions |
|
Set this slider to Yes in order to apply an Tag Actions that are enabled in the selected Profile. |
First Row Contains Column Names |
|
Check this box if the first row in the delimited file contains column names. |
Auto-Map Columns |
|
If the first row in the delimited file contains column names that match P5 field names, check this button to map the columns from the delimited file to P5 fields automatically. |
Manually Map Columns |
|
Select this option if the delimited file contains no column headers or the column headers do not match P5 field names. When this option is selected, you will need to select the P5 field name from the Column Mapping Row (the dark gray row) to match the columns displayed in the CSV File Column Headers row (the top row). |
Use Previous Column Mapping |

Select this option to use the same column mapping used in the previously imported file. |
Column Mapping Row |
|
If the Manually Map Columns option is selected, use the drop-down lists in this row to specify into which P5 field each column from the delimited file should be imported. |
