Support Request

 

If you have questions, comments, or need help with P5, please use the integrated support request feature available by clicking the square help button in the upper right corner of the program window. You can also access it by clicking the Get Help button on any error message.

 

Create Support Request

Use this button to send a question, screenshot and/or a backup of the P5 database to PTAGIS.

Open Integrated Help

Use this button to open the integrated help.

 

Complete the form, which includes the option to write formatted text and paste screen shot images into the text area. It will automatically include information about the computer it is running on, such as the version of Windows, the type of CPU, amount of memory and the screen resolution. You can optionally select to include a copy of your database file. Additionally, if you access it from a Get Help button on an error message, the error message will automatically be included.

 

If your computer is not online at the time you create the request, it will be stored internally until later and sent when the computer has internet access again.
