The PIT Tag Steering Committee (PTSC) and PTAGIS are actively working on the formation of an Instream PIT Tag Detection System (IPTDS) subcommittee to provide technical guidance related to instream and other small scale interrogation sites. The subcommittee will provide guidance on installation, operation and maintenance of these sites, as well as, data management and associated metadata, while ensuring the data integrity of the PTAGIS database is not compromised.
