EVENT LOG FOR SITE WTL The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/30/2010 10:21 Todd Reader B0 was put into operation December 28, 2010 around 1:30 pm because reader CO had two antennas destroyed due to log jam moving through. This sit continues to have power problems and we plan to have a thermo-electric generator installed in February to remedy future power problems (i.e. winter). 12/29/2010 14:54 Todd The sites last tag was recorded on 12/14/10 at 07:20:10. We visited the site on 12/17/10 to disconnect all loads on the batteries to allow them to recharge from a critically low voltage of 13 volts. The array was turned back on at 12:30pm 12/28/10. 12/14/2010 08:49 Todd This site has not operated since November 30, 2010 at 02:12:29 until December 8, 2010 around 12:30 pm when a new charge controller was installed. 11/30/2010 15:58 Todd Sometime between 08:00am November 29th and 08:00am November 30th, 2010 the array lost power again. We are unable to reach the equipment due to dangerous environmental conditions at this time. When conditions improve we will attempt to fix with a new power controller. 11/30/2010 15:18 Todd The site was down from November 17th until November 22 at 11:30 when it was re-connected. Still dealing with lack of sunlight for solar to charge the system. 11/30/2010 15:16 Todd Due to lack of power array B0 and CO did not operate from 16 October to the 27th around 2:00 pm. The site once again shut down the 28th at 5:30 pm. Batteries were fully charged. On the 5th of November at 10am it was decided to operate array CO only, due to power issues and since B0 was not 100% operational (i.e. antenna 1 out). 11/03/2010 08:01 Todd While downloading reader CO (downstream array), the reader errored and lost data from Sept 23 at 8:28 through October 8 at 10:18. 09/22/2010 10:27 Todd Upstream array B0 reader stopped buffering tags on 9-14 1:39:20 due to macro failure. Tags began buffering September 17, 2010 at 10:30. 06/14/2010 16:22 Todd A second White river array (C0), the lower array began operation June 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Antennas C4 and C5 are unplugged and will be connected as soon as river discharge decreases for this procedure to occur. Also, antenna B2 is unplugged on the upper array. 04/13/2010 13:59 Todd The buffer was overwritten from April 1, 2010 at 10:43 through April 9, 2010 at 23:31. Hatchery released Chinook with Pit tags. No warning given. 03/23/2010 11:21 Todd This site began operation March 22, 2010. Todd Miller Fish and Wildlife Biologist Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife 3515 Chelan HWY.
