    12/10/09 - Cold temperature led to problems in hatchery ladder.  Water
    lowered intermittently between 12/10/09 and 2/20/10 for hatchery repairs
    (1-2 days at a time).  During repairs, no fish could pass.

    09/08/2009 - Transceiver not communicating with minimon between 09/03 and
    09/08, problem fixed and file WSH09251.E was repaired to include data
    during that time.  No data gaps should exist.

    12/09/08 at 12:00 to 02/04/09 at 12:00 - Ladder water turned off due to
    routine winter hatchery management protocol; therefore, no fish were able
    to ascend or descend the ladder. All PIT equipment left operating during
    this nearly two month period. During this time data files were uploaded to
    PTAGIS. Again, no adult fish were able to utilize the ladder for passage
    upstream during this time period.

    problems likely caused by extreme cold temperatures.
