    The White Creek Array Site was offline from 28 October 2010 at 06:00 to 
    01 November 2010 at 12:29 due to intermittent power supply problems.

    The White Creek Array Site was offline from 17 October 2010 at 11:45 to
    21 October 2010 at 18:14 due to intermittent power supply problems.

    The White Creek Array Site was offline from 30 Sept. 2010 at 17:28 to 
    07 October 2010 at 10:37 due to intermittent power supply problems.

    The White Creek Array Site was offline from 23 Sept. 2010 at 19:53 to
    30 September 2010 at 11:03 due to intermittent power supply problems.

    Site WHC is considered an active interrogation site as of 27 APRIL 2010
    AT 14:05.

    The WHC interrogation system was did not operate continuously during the
    first few months of 2010.  There were 98 individual PIT tags detected at
    the site prior to April 28.  There is not enough operational meta-data
    available to characterize these detections as interrogation events.  The first
    detections of these tags were reported to PTAGIS as recapture events on
    White Creek (WHITEC) in data file "MDB10001.WCO."  Contact Mike Babcock

    The WHC interrogation system was deployed on September 8, 2009, but did
    not operate continuously during 2009.  There were 23 individual PIT tags
    detected at the site through the end of 2009.  There is not enough
    operational meta-data available to characterize these detections as
    interrogation events.  The first detections of these tags were reported to
    PTAGIS as recapture events on White Creek (WHITEC) in data file
