    The WHC interrogation system was deployed on September 8, 2009, but did
    not operate continuously during 2009.  There were 23 individual PIT tags
    detected at the site through the end of 2009.  There is not enough
    operational meta-data available to characterize these detections as
    interrogation events.  The first detections of these tags were reported to
    PTAGIS as recapture events on White Creek (WHITEC) in data file
    "MJB09251.WCO."  Contact Mike Babcock (mbabcock@ykfp.org) for more
    information about these tag detections.
