    12/12/2008 at 14:00 to 12/30/2008 at 14:00 - Antenna # 1 and # 2 down.
    Inverter broken, unable to auto start generator to run site when batteries
    were not charged. No data collected. 11/25/2008 14:52 Courtney

    10/30/08 at 00:01 to 11/18/08 at 09:27 - UM1 site had computer problems.
    Detections were retrieved from
    the buffer file. Test tags confirmed the MUX was running continuously,
    therefore no data is missing. This
    file was created to account for the data gap on PTAGIS.

    9/06/2008 at 00:00 to 9/08/2008 at 14:18 - Computer found off.  No
    interrogation files.  Buffer checked and there were
    no detections.

    8/15/08 at 12:26 to 8/28/08 at 10:55 - Minimon was not running during this
    time. No interrogation files.
    Detections during this time were retrieved from the buffer and submitted
    to
    PTAGIS in
    UM108241.ALL.

    07/01/08 at 20:00 - Antenna # 1 and # 2 reinstalled.  Site is now
    collecting data.

    05/17/08 at 20:27 - Antenna 2 was washed out.  No data is being collected.

    05/16/08 at 21:46 - Antenna 1 was washed out.

    4/22/2008 at 14:00 - Antenna # 2 was replaced.  The antenna now has no
    hole.  Power inverter was repaired and reinstalled at the site.  Site 
    was collecting data and able to upload to PTAGIS.

    1/01/2008 at 00:00 to 4/22/2008 at 15:26 - The UM1 site had power problems
    due to a bad inverter.
