    Updated etc/sites to include Courtney Newlon and Darren Gallion in the
    distribution list for alerts regarding gaps in file uploads, along with
    Jim Gasvoda.  Also enabled site checking for interruptions > 12 hours.

    The repaired FS1001A transceiver was replaced at the station.  The site
    is currently recording data.  The satellite modem was shut down because
    of noise issues and a new 24v to 12 v DC converter has been ordered.  
    When the new part is installed (estimate replacement date June 6) the
    satellite connection will be restored and the minimon files will be 
    transmitted to PTAGIS.
