    I added records for the two UM1 virtual timer tags to the
    ptagis3.test_tags table.  I appended a record for this site to the
    ptagis3.obs_site_definitions table, and a record for this site and the
    'Current' year to the ptagis3.obs_site_dates table.

    Data collection at this site began on 10/20/04.  The site uses virtual

    I've created an ASCII event log for the new UM1 site.  I've also added a
    definition for UM1 to etc/sites.
