    The antenna at the outfall of the juvenile fish bypass (coil 81) has been
    in operation intermittently in 2010 due to antenna malfunctions.
    This coil was in operation between the following dates and times:
    3/14/10 08:30 - 4/16/10 18:40
    4/29/10 09:45 - 5/04/10 14:45
    5/11/10 08:30 - 5/30/10 16:15
    and after 6/15/10 11:15

    The antenna at the juvenile bypass outfall (coil 81) was tuned on
    4/6/2010.

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.
