Date Time Who What ---------- ----- -------- ----------------------------------------------- 09/21/2010 08:26 Dave Per John Cassinelli: PIT tag operations are done at STL for the year. The trap is watered up again in November and kept watered up through the winter because that is the most efficient way to avoid icing issues during the extreme cold winters that Sawtooth experiences. However, no fish trapping occurs during this time and there will be no trapping or PIT array functioning until next spring's steelhead trapping. Therefore, STL operations are "concluded" for 2010. 09/20/2010 15:34 Dave I flagged operations at STL as "interrupted" per Brett's entry, and disabled site-alerts per John Cassinelli's request. 09/20/2010 14:50 Brett The Sawtooth ladder was shut down until November on September 20 at 10:15 PST. The last Minimon file was STL10263.E1, and it was closed at 13:36. Also, I applied the country code patch to Minimon that recognizes 384 prefix tags after it was shut down. 08/04/2010 15:37 Brett There was a 9 hour and 5 minute data gap between interrogation files STL10215.B1 and STL10215.C1 on 08/03/10. I created the patch file STL10215.BC9 to fill the gap. The patch file contains three interrogation records recovered from the mux buffer. The data gap was possibly caused by the computer losing power and re-booting once power was restored. I'm not sure that's what happened, but that's my best guess at this point. 08/02/2010 15:48 Brett The Sawtooth trap mux lost it's settings and reverted back to the default settings. I was able to re-configure the mux remotely, and now it is back to normal. I'm not sure why the mux reset. Will continue to monitor. 06/22/2010 11:26 Cassinel As of 1000 hours Pacific Standard Time on 6/22/2010, the Sawtooth ladder array is again operational and interrogating. Interrogation was suspended on 28 April 2010 from 07:46 to 08:03 to download the transceiver's buffer. 03/28/2010 16:00 Steve_A Interrogation suspended from approximately 1339 to 1440 to flash transceiver with Firmware Ver. 1.9D. 03/27/2010 20:35 Steve_A Sawtooth Hatchery Ladder (STL) began annual interrogation on March 23, 2010. The overflow and submerged passage routes in keyways 1 and 3 have PIT-tag antennas; 4 antennas total. 02/17/2010 15:31 Dave Initial log file creation for STL.
