    On October 17 through October 22, 2011 the transceiver at SFG stopped
    sending TAG and DRS data to the CR1000.  Resetting the transceiver
    resolved
    the issue however no TAG data was recovered from the transceiver buffer,
    therefore 123 hours of TAG and DRS data was lost.  During October and
    November of 2011 there was a communications disruption between the site
    and
    the PIT tag array server.   Several trips to the site were made to
    diagnose
    the problem.  The CR1000 was replaced but did not resolve the issue.  On
    November 10, 2011 the satellite modem was replaced resolving the issue to
    date.  The cause of the modem failure has yet to be determined.
