    ISEMP crew replaced antenna 3 (A3) with a 20 ft. PVC Biomark antenna.
    Antenna 3 seized functioning 1/14/13 and resumed collecting data 9/16/13.
    All antennas were tuned.  The site has been running continuously without
    disruption through 10/22/13.

    The site lost current to antenna A3 on 1/14/13 and will be replaced when
    base flows return in late summer.
