Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/12/2011 16:25 Scott_Li Per site personnel, The noise issues on the transceivers in the adult ladder is caused by ice formation build up due to the cold weather. Site personnel removed some of the ice from the antennas and general area surrounding. Will monitor 03/23/2011 22:55 Dave The transition from RZF to ROZ began on March 16, 2011, when the two flat plate antennas at the Roza Dam right (West) spillway began recording detections to a dedicated computer platform. The transition was completed on March 22, when the flat plates were connected directly to the computer platform supporting the three RZF fishway antennas. The five antennas began reporting under the common ROZ site identifier at 11:30AM on March 22, at which time the RZF site ID was discontinued. 03/15/2011 07:26 darren@b 02:TestTagFailure: This alarm will be investigated during the next site GMC. 03/14/2011 08:24 darren@b 02:TestTagFailure,03:TestTagFailure: These systems will be investigated during the next site GMC. 03/12/2011 08:00 darren@b 02:TestTagFailure: This system will be addressed during the next site visit. 03/04/2011 17:33 Dave Based on status messages and the presence/absence of timer tag detections, it appears the RZF transceivers were without power from 03Mar11 at 16:22 until 04mar11 at 13:49. 03/04/2011 13:25 Darren PSMFC was alerted to the fact that the transceivers had stopped firing timer tags and sending data as of about 13:00 on 3-2-11. There were some concerns with the power so we had the site personnel check and they found that indeed the power that feeds the power conditioner for the transceivers was without power. The cabinet that feeds the power to the conditioner is locked with a BOR key and site personnel were in the process of trying to get someone from the BOR to unlock the cabinet to restore power. Mark Johnston will notify this office when power has been restored to the site. 03/03/2011 07:35 scottl@b 03:LowExcCurrent,03:TestTagFailure: Noted 02/28/2011 07:31 Troy@bay 03:TestTagFailure: This alarm will be addressed on the next site visit. 02/27/2011 11:13 scottl@b 03:BadExcFreq,03:BadOscFreq,03:LowExcCurrent,03:TestTagFailure: Noted, will address on the next site visit 02/11/2011 08:50 Darren The delinquent files were pushed manually via PCA. I had to stop and start Minimon to remove a compressed zip file. There were no detections on PC2 during this brief interruption of PC1. 01/09/2011 08:55 alan@bay 03:LowExcCurrent: 03 appears to have recovered. Clearing TASS for alarms generated yesterday. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 01/08/2011 11:02 alan@bay 03:LowExcCurrent: 03 might be having an issue, either systemic or environmental. 01 and 02 are performing well. Will monitor through the weekend and address on Monday. 01/05/2011 11:27 Darren PSMFC was on site today to perform a site GMC. No problems were discovered during this visit. The bad radio modem from PRO was dropped off at this facility for Mark Johnston to pick up and return to Freewave. 01/05/2011 07:24 alan@bay 01:TestTagFailure: This will be addressed during the next site visit. 01/03/2011 07:58 alan@bay 01:TestTagFailure: A reader reset occurred just prior to this alarm, possibly attributed to noise. All appears ok at this point. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 01/01/2011 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for RZF #### End of Event Log for RZF ###
