    Site RCL was restarted on 30 October 2012, prior to full reconnection of
    Rock Creek with increasing flow.

    Between 13 November and 20 November there was a transceiver issue with
    amperage fluctuation on the antennas.  Reading ability was likely
    compromised during this period.

    On 5 July 2012 the RCL site was shut down for the remainder of the summer.
     Flow has ceased in the creek and the electronics were removed until fall
    to protect them from extreme heat.

    On April 11, 2012, a new working antenna was placed in the #6 spot at RCL.
     Site is currently operating with Antenna 1, Antenna 5, and Antenna 6.

    Data collection at RCL ceased temporarily on March 28th due to a
    significant flood event that disconnected or destroyed antennas.  On April
    4th, data collection resumed at the site with antennas 1 and 5 functional.
