    RCL began monitoring again on 10/27/2011 at 13:25.  Had been offline
    during the summer period of no flow.

    RCL operated from 20 June 2011 at 12:00 to 28 July 2011 but no fish were
    detected during this time.  One 28 July at 13:55 the site was taken
    offline for the remainder of the summer due to no flow in the creek and
    excessive heat.  The site will be restarted in fall 2011.

    RCL was offline from 17 May 2011 at 14:39 to 20 June 2011 at 12:00.  Power
    outages due to lightning and grid failure resulted in dead batteries.

    Due to high flow at RCL unplugging a cable,, Antenna 3 was not operating
    from 29 December 2010 at 15:00 to 24 January 2011 at 15:30.

    The number 3 antenna at RCL was disconnected by high flow/debris on 29
    December 2010 at about 15:00.  The antenna was reconnected on 24 January
    at 15:30.
