    The RCL site was reactivated on 14 October 2010 at 12:15.  The site had
    been offline for the summer as flow had ceased in Rock Creek.

    On 26 July 2010 at 09:50, the RCL site was deactivated for the remainder
    of the summer.  Rock Creek has gone dry at the site and we removed the
    electronics to protect them from the extreme heat.  We will reactivate the
    site in the fall prior to reconnected flow.

    RCL was offline from 3 June at 13:30 to 29 June at 10:33 due to
    intermittent power supply problems.

    The RCL site was inactive from 14 May 2010 at 15:12 through 1 June 2010 at
    12:30 due to power loss.

    From 4 January 2010 to 21 January 2010, the MUX at RCL was showing antenna
    amperages jumping around.  Reading during this period may have been
    compromised.  On 21 January Ian J. reflashed the MUX and it appeared
    stable afterward.
