    West ladder (B1)
    
    Flows are typically diverted towards the east ladder at the onset of summer 
    base flows usually around July.  Fall and winter flows usually breach the 
    diversion and flows return to the the west ladder usually around November/December.  
    However, during 2012, the berm held and flows were not restored to the west ladder 
    to levels that would allow fish passage and interrogation of PIT tags.
