    10/23/08 at 16:00 - NBA East ladder - Antennas 03, 04 and 05 were
    reinstalled and working.  Antenna downtimes were as follows:
    Antenna 03 = 7/13/08 at 15:32 to 10/23/08 at 16:00
    Antenna 04 = 4/25/08 at 03:47 to 10/23/08 at 16:00
    Antenna 05 = 6/1/08 at 20:01 to 10/23/08 at 16:00
    Antenna read ranges increased significantly.

    8/20/08 - Changed file extensions.  For reasons unknown, the file
    versioning was disabled on the West ladder sometime in the p.m. on
    8/12/08.
    Between 8/12/08 and 8/20/08 the files .  The file versions may not reflect
    the full detection content of the  database. The database has the
    correct data.  The situation was resolved at 08:00 on 8/20/08, the East
    ladder was changed to 1.  West ladder was changed to 2.

    8/12/08 - West side ladder - Site is now automatically uploading to PTAGIS
    every 24 hours.

    during
    low flow to the east side, therefore there is
    no water left in the west ladder.  Computer and transceiver were left on.
