    computer problem, so there were no interrogation files during this time.  
    The multiplexor was running continuously during this time period. Detections
    were retrieved from the buffer and submitted in a separate file to PTAGIS.

    11/30/07 at 00:00 to 12/10/07 at 17:28 - MUX CPU board malfunctioned and
    automatically reset.

    11/10/07 at 00:01 to 15:24 - Site down. No data collected.

    caused site to shut down.

    The NBA spillway antennas 03 - 05 are numbered right to left as viewed
    from upstream facing downstream.  This orientation is reversed relative to
    the labeling schema adhered to at interrogation sites maintained by PTOC
    staff.  Antenna 04 is the "slot" antenna.

    09/27/2007 at 18:00 - NBA West ladder side - Antenna B1 is collecting data
    now.  Site has been down since 05/25/07.

    09/27/2007 at 16:30 - NBA East ladder side - Antenna 03, 04 and 05 (flat
    plates on the low flow spillway) were collecting data. Antenna 04 and 05
    old antenna design (suspended antennas) were originally removed on 
    06/19/07 at 11:14.

    09/27/2007 at 10:30 to 16:30 - NBA East ladder side - Antenna 01 and 02
    down for site maintenance.

    09/13/2007 at 09:01 to 09/24/2007 at 14:44 - Computer problems at site.
    No interrogation files. Detections were retrieved from the buffer.

    08/14/07 at 9:50 to 08/15/07 at 11:00 - Site down because of equipment
    upgrades.

    06/19/07 at 11:14 - Antenna 4 and 5 were removed because of vandalism and
    low flows.

    06/06/07 at 11:14 to 06/07/07 at 10:30 - Antenna 5 down. No data
    collected.

    04/12/2007 from 11:00 to 14:00 - Antenna 04 and 05 down during this time
    for replacement of antenna 05.

    04/03/2007 - Installed computer for antenna 04 and 05 to create
    interrogation files.

    03/28/2007 at 18:00 - Suspended flat plate antenna 05 (extension of
    antenna 04) installed and working. Full coverage on stilling basin outlet.

    03/14/2007 at 4:30 - Suspended flat plate antenna 04  (only covering 8' out
    over the outlet closest to the wall) was installed and working.  Currently 
    no computer at site.  This antenna is not configured in PTAGIS yet.

    02/28/2007 at 20:39 - West ladder (coil B1) transceiver reset itself.  No
    interrogation files submitted for 3/14/2007 to 3/27/2007. Buffer file 
    confirmed no detections.

    Updated the NBA configuration definition to include a new "Low Flow
    Spillway" antenna array, located at the base of the concrete apron feeding
    both ladders.

    02/12/2007 - East ladder side updated Minimon 1.4.16.

    01/22/2006 - 02/14/2006 at 16:15 - West ladder site had computer problems
    and power problems. No interrogation files at times; buffer file checked
    and no records were found. No data gaps except for time when power was
    shut down/power surge and transceiver was off (possible data gap).

    power and computer problems. No interrogation files.  Buffer file checked
