The antennas were operating with noise in the 90% range. 2) No tags were detected between Jan. 21 and Feb. 6. 3) No tags were detected between March 18-23 due to a power loss resulting from the fire at the candy store adjacent to the array. 4) No tags were detected between March 25 and April 13 due to a power loss resulting from the fire at the candy store adjacent to the array. 5) No tags were detected between June 13-26.
