    Antenna 6 was damaged due to ICE.  Antenna 6 is out from December 10,
    2009 at approximately 12:50 and will return to service in the spring of
    2010.

    Summary of MWE events for 2009 through June 26, per Todd Miller, WDFW.

    1) Site was activated on Jan. 2, but the first tag was not detected until
       Jan. 7.  The antennas were operating with noise in the 90% range.
    2) No tags were detected between Jan. 21 and Feb. 6.
    3) No tags were detected between March 18-23 due to a power loss resulting
       from the fire at the candy store adjacent to the array.
    4) No tags were detected between March 25 and April 13 due to a power loss
       resulting from the fire at the candy store adjacent to the array.
    5) No tags were detected between June 13-26.  There were no amps on
       antennas 3-6, and high noise on antennas 1 and 2.

    Summary of MWE events for 2008, as provided by Todd Miller, WDFW.

    1) The site was activated sometime prior to the 1st detection on March 28.
    2) No detections between April 15-24; possible power loss.
    3) No detections between May 15 and June 6; no reason provided.
    4) No detections between June 12-27; no reason provided.
    5) No detections between June 29 and July 9; no reason provided.
    6) The site was deactivated sometime after the last detection on July 23.
