    Due to vandalism, the multiplexer at the headgate of Maxwell Canal (coils
    A1&A2) was not operating between June 14th 2013 15:00 and June 17th 2013
    10:00.  After this interruption, only coil A2 was operating.

    Due to a power outage, the multiplexer at the screen of Maxwell Canal
    (coils B1 & B2) was not operating between May 8th 2013 22:00 and May 9th

    Due to vandalism and power issues, the multiplexer at the headgate of
    Maxwell Canal (coils A1&A2) operated only at the following times in 2013:

    April 1 13:40 - April 15 17:49
    April 16 06:18 -17:30 & 17:48-17:58
    April 17 06:23 - 17:43
    April 18 06:42 - 17:40
    April 19 08:53 - 09:00 & 10:10 - 17:30
    April 20 06:37 - 18:00
    April 21 06:30 - 17:30

    The headgate array began continuously operating and scanning for tags on
    April 22nd 06:04.

    In summary, the headgate array operated 65% of the time within the 26 days
    between March 27 08:00 - April 22 08:00.
