    The diversion of Umatilla River water into Maxwell Canal began on

    Correction.  The new antenna was added on March 21st and the headgate and
    screen arrays also began operations on March 21st.

    Because the only antenna at the Maxwell Canal headgate was partially
    buried last spring due to high river flows, an additional antenna was
    added to the array on Feb 22nd.  The coils are now as follows: Coil A1)
    new, upstream pass-through antenna; Coil A2)  downstream, old, and
    partially buried pass-through antenna.

    Interrogation arrays at the Maxwell Canal headgate (hex A0, Coils A1-A2)
    and screen (hex B0, Coil B1) started operations and uploads on February
    22nd in anticipation of water diversion beginning at Maxwell Diversion
    Canal in early April.
