    Water diversion began in 2011 on April 5th.  Interrogation array operated
    uninterupted until it was shut down on October 18th.

    Water diversion operations at Maxwell Canal ended (canal was drained) on
    October 14th, 2011.  Operations of PIT antenna arrays at Maxwell Canal
    ceased on October 18th, 2011 .

    The screen array at Maxwell Canal (coil A1) began operation on the morning
    of 3/10/2011.  The headgate array at Maxwell Canal (coil B1) began
    operation on the morning of 3/11/2010.  Computer systems at both arrays
    are now automatically uploading interrogation files.  Maxwell Canal is not
    yet diverting water from the Umatilla River.
