    The diversion of water into Maxwell Canal ended on 10/15/2010.  The
    headgate array and screen array at Maxwell Canal ended operations for the
    year on 10/25/2010.

    The diversion of water into Maxwell Canal began on the afternoon of
    4/5/2010.  The headgate array at Maxwell Canal (coil A1) began operation
    on 4/6/2010.  A new computer system was installed at this array and
    automatic data upload was reinstituted.  The screen array at Maxwell Canal
    (coil B1) began operation on 4/6/2010 and data upload was repaired.
