    10/18/2011 @ 00:00 - 12/13/2011 @ 16:35-   MCD Bennington site -  It
    appears that the MUX has reset itself due to a power source outlet
    tripping.
    Interrogation files show the antenna ID  changing from 00 to F0 and other
    parameters reset to default settings.   It was not realized until 10/18/11

    and continued until 12/13/11 @ 16:35.  The array is assumed to have been
    in working order the entire time and detections that occurred were
    reported to PTAGIS.

    8/10/11 at 09:50 to 8/26/11 at 09:50 - Division ladder.  No interrogation
    files for this time.  Buffer confirmed no detections during this time.

    1/30/2011 at 03:18 to 2/9/2011 at 08:31- Bennington Site - Computer shut
    down but MUX was on the entire time.  Buffer was downloaded and there were
    no
    detections.  MCD11040.ALL was submitted to account for data gap.

    12/13/10 at 06:00 to 12/16/10 at 17:40 - Site power down.  No data
    collected at this time.
