    down.  Buffer checked for missing detections.
    No data were missing.

    08/13/09 at 00:01 to 09/02/2009 at 10:49 - DIVISION LADDER - Computer shut
    down, so there are no interrogation
    files for this time period.  The buffer was downloaded and there were no
    tags detected. File MCD09245.ALL was
    submitted to account for these data gaps.

    8/17/2009 at 11:00 to 8/31/2009 at 12:00 -  MCD Bennington - Ladder was
    shut down for maintenance, so no detections were possible on # 2, 3.
    All flow was routed through Low flow outlet antennas 1, 4 and 5.

    2/25/09 at 17:00 - Division ladder - Switched out site computers. Site is
    unable to currently auto upload to PTAGIS.

    2/27/09 at 07:30 to 11:00 - Bennington Dam - Site was shut down for
    maintenance.  Antenna # 4 and # 5 installed and online
    at 11:00.  True flat plate antennas (pass-over) in the Low flow outlet.
    Antennas read 23mm about 12''.

    2/25/09 at 08:30 to 14:00 - Bennington Dam -  Site was shut down for
    maintenance. MUX firmware was updated to 1.9D.  No
    data were collected during this time.

    1/27/2009 at 03:59 = Bennington Dam Antenna # 4 was broken.

    1/30/2009 at 09:00 = Bennington Dam Antenna # 5 was removed from the low
    flow outlet.
