    Reader B0 ran from 07-12-2010 17:07:39 to 13-12-2010 10:32:37.  Relays
    were chattering upon arrival downloaded and left running.  B0 ran from
    13-12-2010 19:12:54 to 15-12-2010 16:13:06.

    And was not operational upon arrival on 12/29/2010, downloaded and ran
    from 29-12-2010 13:31:57 to 29-12-2010 22:31:59.  Batteries were charged
    and reader B0 was started on 1/05/2011 at 8:30.

    The Site (reader ID B0) began operation December 7 at approximately
    15:45.  We plan to have a second Reader ID C0 beginning operation soon.
