    EVENT LOG FOR SITE LOP



                    Entries consist of a date, time, and description of an
    event.



    03/10/11 - 00:00 - Start of PIT tag interrogations.

    03/11/11 - 09:00 - Approximate time the transfer of fish from Raceway 9 at
    Lookingglass Fish hatchery began. Transceiver on comport 3 not responding
    to
    commands but data is being received from coil 11. Stick test conducted.
    All
    coils read 10 of 10 test tags

    03/14/11 - 15:10 - Possible power surge cause system to shut down around
    12:30 on 3/13.  Restarted system.

    03/15/11 - 09:19 - The APC unit was replaced.

    03/21/11 - 13:47 - Norton AntiVirus found and repaired 7 registry errors.

    03/24/11 - 14:23 - Power outage caused system to shut down. APC backup
    unit
    reset to last for 36 minutes.  System restarted.

    04/01/11 - 16:30 - Power loss noted by APC unit at 05:14.

    04/03/11 - 13:30 - APC power alarm was on when the system was checked.
    Reset the APC and fired test tags.

    04/04/11 - 14:44 - System checked.  Everything OK.

    04/07/11 - 14:44 - System checked.  Everything OK.

    04/08/11 - 09:00 - Volitional release began.

    04/09/11 - 14:30 - Water level in Pond C was noted as being half way down.

    04/10/11 - 18:02 - Interrogations stopped and started to verify system was
    working properly.

    04/11/11 - 13:30 - System checked.  Everything OK.

    04/14/11 - 15:00 - System checked.  Everything OK. Water level in Pond C
    down about 8 inches.

    04/19/11 - 15:30 - End of volitional release.  Pond levels were lowered
    and
    the remaining fish were forced out.  The system was shut down at 18:31.
