    Using data provided by Peter Cleary, NPT, I compiled the 193
    interrogation files for the 2004 LOP monitored released into the single
    LOP04058.ALL file, and uploaded this single file to PTAGIS.  I uploaded
    the LOPData2004.zip file containing the 193 original files directly to
    the FTP file server.  I discovered one previously-unreported test tag
    (with 86 detections between Feb. 27 and March 30); I registered this
    test tag, "3D9.1BF1A030B7", and moved the "live" detections to the
    ptagis3.test_tag_data table.  Using the following information, also
    provided by Peter Cleary, I updated and completed the 2004 LOP record in
    the ptagis3.obs_site_dates table.

    2/27 - Biomark Personnel started and tested the interrogation system
    3/1 - Fish delivered to ponds
    3/15 - First volitional release period begins
    3/21 - First volitional release period ends, fish forced from ponds
    3/22 - Second delivery of fish to pond C
    3/23 - Second delivery of fish to pond D, A, and B
    3/29 - Second volitional release period begins
    4/14 - Second volitional release period ends, fish forced from ponds
    4/15 - LOP interrogation system shut down for 2004

    First entry for LOP (Lostine River Acclimation Ponds) PIT tag detection
    site.  Historic data for 2002 and 2003 "monitored releases" (detections at
    pond exits during volitional releases) were posted to the PTAGIS database
    on April 9, 2004.  I added a description for LOP to the
    ptagis3.obs_site_definitions table, and appended three rows to the
    ptagis3.obs_site_dates table that define the historic (and current) dates
    of interrogation at the Lostine River Ponds.
