    Performed site GMC on 10/30/2013. All transceivers were checked for tune
    and adjusted as needed. Couldn't determine the source of intermittent
    noise on B1 and E1. The transceivers were at normal noise levels during
    this visit. PC1 and PC2 are within 3 seconds of atomic time. There are no
    problems to report.

    On site 7/17/2013 to investigate loss of response to transceiver 03. Found
    that the UPS had failed. Replaced the UPS. Checked all transceivers for
    tune and adjusted as needed. The phase deviation threshold on transceiver
    E1 was increased to 15 to eliminate cap alarm errors. PC1 and PC2 are
    within 5 seconds of atomic time. There are no other problems to report.

    A site GMC was performed today 4-24-13. All transceivers were checked and
    adjusted fro tuning, noise and detectability. I retuned all of the pump
    house transceivers with the lights on. I adjusted the timer tags for
    maximum hit rate with the lights on. This will help eliminate the blocks
    of time when the site personnel are working in the pump house and timer
    tag failures. The PC clocks are within 20 seconds of each other and
    atomic time.
    Transceiver 02 is still a litlle on the noisy side but it appears that
    there are some high frequency spikes coming through, I have not been able
    to find the culprit, Timer tags are hard to read but PITtags detection is
    still at a very high rate of efficiency. No problems were discovered
    during this visit.

    A site GMC was performed today (4-10-13). M4 version was updated from
    1.5.1 to 1.5.4 on PC2. The PC was adjsuted to automatically adjust for
    daylight savings time prior to launching the new version of M4. All
    transceivers were checked for tuning and noise. The noise levels on 02
    were in the high teens when I arrived and I tried tuning, but could not
    improve on the levels, I then realized that they were trapping fish and
    had the washing machine going through the channel. Since the facility has
    been turned over to the YN they are getting closer to full operation. Joe
    Zendt stated that they expect to be running fish through the trailer next
    week.

    The source of the noise on antenna B1 was due to water in the shield box.
    Dried out the windings and opened drains. Retuned all transcievers ,
    noise levels are now at 3-6 percent. The noise issues within the pump
    house was attributed to the lighting. When the lights are on , noise
    levels are at 20 percent. Lights off and the noise levels are 5 percent.
    This is a known issue in that the lighting ballasts were never replaced
    due to an incompatabilty with the fixtures. Per Jerod, The lights will
    remain off and no one will be allowed to enter this building exept for
    PTAGIS  personell and Jerod. The fixtures could easily be replaced with
    incandecent bulbs. Tuned the channel tranceivers, noise levels on average
    are at 6 percent.
