    The propane was shut off at the site on August 24 through August 27, 2012
    due to concerns from a wild fire.  Similar to COC, the JOC TEG and propane
    tank is adjacent to black berry bushes and will require annual application
    of herbicide each spring to reduce fire risk and maintain access to the
    equipment.
