    ICL experienced a MUX failure on 4/24/13 at 14:12.  The cause of the
    failure is uknown, and the MUX has been sent in for repair.  On 4/30/13 a
    replacement MUX was installed and turned on at 12:55.  The replacement MUX
    cannot be used permanently, and the status of the MUX sent for repair is
    currently unknown.
