    HLX was restarted on 12/5/2007 at about 15:00hrs.  Antenna 22 was lost in
    the flood, so the site is currently operating with antenna 15 only.

    At about 11:30hrs on 12/3/07 the two transceivers at HLX were shut down
    and moved out of harms way due to flooding.  Event log will be updated 
    upon their redeployment.
