    B1-5) have begun operations on 11/22 in anticipation of water diversion
    beginning within the next two months.

    Operations at Feed Canal ended (canal was drained) on April 21st 2011.
    Operations of PIT antenna arrays at Feed Canal ceased on August 30th 2011.

    FDC uploads at the screen have been restored as of 2/15/2011 at noon, and
    the Hex ID error on the screen multiplexer as been corrected.

    I disabled FDC file uploads until further notice.

    FDC uploads have been discontinued until further notice due to a Hex ID
    error on the multiplexer.  Uploads will be restored once the error is
    corrected.
