    Feed Canal began diverting water from the Umatilla River on the morning of
    12/9/2010.  Operation of both antenna arrays (coils A1-6 and B1-5) at Feed
    Canal resumed in the afternoon of the same day (12/9/2010).
09/23/2010 12:55 Will
    Operation of both antenna arrays (coils A1-6 and B1-5) at Feed Canal
    stopped on September 21st, 2010.  Operation of the arrays will resume once
    canals began diverting water again this winter.

    Feed Canal stopped diverting water from the Umatilla River on 5/25/2010.

    The incorrect 8 hour time difference at the headgate array of Feed Canal
    was continued until April 25th at 00:00.  Internet driven time updates
    that switched the time back to GMT were disabled.

    On 4/7/2010 the incorrect date/time of 14:50:00 of was corrected at the
    headgate array of Feed Canal (coils A1-A6) by subtracting 8 hours to
    reflect actual standard time (06:50:00).  Data upload at the screen array
    of Feed Canal (coils B1-B5) was fixed on 4/6/2010.
03/22/2010 11:23 Will
    Timestamp errors at the headgate coils (A1-A6) within Feed Canal (FDC)
    began February 19th, 2010 at approximately 00:00.  Times assigned to
    detections on these antennas are now 8 hours ahead of actual pacific
    standard time.
02/17/2010 11:15 Will
    Feed Canal began diverting water as of 1/6/2010, at which time both
    antenna arrays began monitoring the canal.  As of 2/11/2010, the headgate
    and screen arrays at FDC are both automatically uploading data and have
    been tuned.
