    Christa Strickwerda (christa@mid-columbia-coho.net) reports that "[t]he 
    detection systems were in place at Coulter pond on 4/1/07. Release and 
    first detection did not occur until 4/27/07. Monitoring ended on 6/25/07.
    There were no outages during the 2007 monitoring period. All antennas were
    located in the ponds outlet/release channel. Fish MAY have swum upstream 
    through the large wetland complex to access the main creek, potentially 
    lowering the number of detections. Aside from this, all antennas should 
    have had good detection efficiency."
