    Ed Buettner reports that the Clearwater River Trap did not resume
    operations after trapping was suspended on 5/15/03.  Trap operations
    have terminated for the year.

    Trapping operations were suspended on May 15, at 0900, due to high flows
    and debris.  Trapping will resume when/if conditions improve.

    Trapping operations at the Clearwater River smolt trap were suspended on
    March 19, 2003, to avoid intercepting Dworshak Hatchery released fish.
    Trapping will resume once the majority of the hatchery fish have passed
    beyond the trap.
