    CHM did not operate from 02/07/12 at 18:12 to 02/13/12 at 22:51:13 due to
    a failure in the electrical supply system.  This site experienced multiple
    outages in February and early March due to electrical system failures
    (tripped breaker, damage to GFCI outlet, faulty battery switcher, faulty
    charger).  All system components have been repaired and/or replaced and
    the site has been fully functional as of March 9.

    CHM was down from 03/05/12 at 12:02 until 03/09/12 at 16:25.  The outage
    was caused by a failure in the electrical system.  The site was repaired
    and is fully functional.

    CHM was not operating from  02-23-12 17:01:32 to 02-28-12 21:21:20 due to
    a malfunctioning charger and battery switcher.  The parts were repaired
    and the site is fully operational as of 2/28/12.

    Due to a power failure most likely caused by wintertime conditions and
    snow plowing activity the Chumstick array (CHM) did not record data
    between 01-13-2012 at 00:58:21 to 01-27-2012 at 10:00:00.
